Sebastian, I have an issue with my transport with your company. I had an arrangement with the driver when he reached out yesterday. The driver asked if I wanted to get my Humvee yesterday and I said if that is possible I would like to try but I wanted to make sure the driver was safe. He told he would be fine but he said it would be late or early morning. I said I have no problem with a delivery at that time since I was pushed back a couple of times. He figured it would be early morning and asked if I had a problem with him calling me that early. I told him I'm off and have no problem anytime in the late night or early morning. I told him to call me an hour before he arrives. He asked multiple times if this would be a problem and I told him no. I was able to track him and see roughly what time he would be around my place. He arrived a 3am and was so professional and kind. This team was so good and I know you said you would annotate that the only issue I had was the Zelle payment. Other then this the company that delivered my Humvee so very professional and caring to ask if it was gonna be an issue if it arrived early morning. So I need to make sure that when you annotate anything about this company, it's all good marks. I would give them a 9 out of 10 with professionalism care for the product and care for the customer especially the customer. I would really appreciate that you correct this at this doesn't affect this company and the team that delivered my Humvee. I would also like a copy of your report showing that the Zelle thing was the only issue. Everything else was excellent, the Zelle issue was that the owner had Zelle the driver did not. Other than that that was an easy fix Cash App done, very pleased with the delivery very pleased with the driver and the driver considered me before just coming up the following day. He wanted to make sure I got the Humvee when I wanted it compared to other drivers that have pushed me off. If I have another delivery, I will go straight to this company because of their standards and they way, they treated me even the owner contacted me to make sure I was happy and I was OK with the delivery early morning. So I need to make sure y'all correct this and then this company doesn't get knocked for doing what the customer wanted and getting his product there as early as possible.
